Delete your account

The fastest verified path is inside the game: sign in, open Online, choose Delete online account, and type DELETE. The deletion is permanent.

What happens

• Your Cognito sign-in, online profile, rating, statistics, achievements, queue ticket, invitations, request counters, and match-membership records are removed.
• Any active match is resigned so the other player receives a final authoritative result.
• Your account identifier in a shared match is replaced with a different one-way tombstone for each match. The shared completed record is deleted on its normal 30-day schedule.
• A non-public deletion marker blocks old signed tokens and expires after 31 days.
• Offline saves and settings remain only on the device and can be removed by clearing app/browser data or uninstalling the app.

If you cannot sign in

Email Am0n3r@gmail.com from the address used for the account with the subject “Chess Line Wars account deletion.” Do not send your password or tokens. Ownership must be verified before the account is removed.
