Include useful context
- The platform and browser or iOS version.
- Whether the problem is offline, Local 1v1, Solo, Training, Daily, or Online.
- The approximate time and, for an online failure, the bounded request ID shown by the game.
- Steps that reproduce the problem. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, or private keys.
Online status and recovery
Online matches are server-authoritative. If live updates pause, the client continues with authenticated HTTP reconnect checks. Signing out does not delete the account or active matches. Correspondence turns allow 72 hours; realtime turns allow 10 minutes.
Account and privacy help
When signed in, choose Online → Download my data for a JSON account copy or use the in-game deletion control to permanently remove the account. If sign-in is unavailable, use the verified request instructions on the account-deletion page or email support for an export request. The privacy policy lists the exact data categories, export redactions, and retention periods.
